Shipping policy
Made-to-order production
Lake America Gear products are made to order. Most orders leave production within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product requires a quality-control reprint.
Delivery estimates
Estimated shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Standard US delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days after production. International standard delivery generally takes 10–30 business days after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and print provider.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships. Tracking can take a short time to update after a label is created.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced by different facilities and can arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order ships separately.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@lakeamericagear.com if an address needs to be corrected. Once production or shipping has begun, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
International orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and peak-season volume can affect delivery. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears lost, contact hello@lakeamericagear.com with your order number.
